About Me

There was a time when I didn’t recognize my own body.

I was doing all the “right” things—eating clean, working out, pushing through fatigue—but I felt exhausted, inflamed, and frustrated. My energy crashed in the afternoon. At night, I was wired but tired. My metabolism felt sluggish. My body didn’t respond the way it used to.

And I remember thinking…
Is this just what midlife feels like?

The answer is no.

My Turning Point

After navigating stage three adrenal fatigue, stubborn inflammation, hormonal shifts, and metabolic slowdowns, I realized something powerful:

Midlife isn’t the problem.
A dysregulated nervous system and stressed metabolism are.

Through deep research, functional strategies, and lived experience, I rebuilt my energy from the inside out. I stopped punishing my body and started supporting it. I shifted from overtraining to strategic strength work. From undereating to metabolic nourishment. From pushing harder to restoring smarter.

And everything changed.

My energy stabilized.
My body composition improved.
My sleep deepened.
My mind became clearer.

That transformation became my mission.
