Welcome to Midlife! I am Sheryl Vega, Your Midlife & Menopause Mentor and I'm here to help you become the best version of yourself.
I know what it's like to be in this next phase of life. I've been there myself, and I know how confusing it can be to try to juggle everything—work, family, friends, your own health care… you name it! It can all feel so overwhelming at times.
But my goal is to help you feel confident about all that you can accomplish—and support you as you do it. I've been through menopause myself, and I know how difficult it can be. But I also know that with the right support and guidance, you can thrive during this time. I firmly believe that caring for one's health goes beyond just managing weight, I emphasize the importance of nurturing the entire person—mind, body, and spirit. As a certified Health Coach and Fitness Trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, with a particular specialization in guiding women through the transformative journey of menopause.
I've helped hundreds of women just like you take control of their health—and my client's success stories are what inspire me every day to keep doing what I do. By understanding the unique challenges that women between the ages of 40 and 60 face, I am committed to empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being in a comprehensive and sustainable manner. I work with clients through one-on-one (online) coaching sessions or through one of my many downloadable health & wellness programs, where we'll explore everything from nutrition and exercise to mindset and accountability so that you can create a plan that works best for YOU.
