About this lesson
Welcome aboard!
I’m thrilled to have you join my 6-week Commit to Be Fit program!
This program is specifically designed with midlife woman in mind. Are you ready for a FUN and INTERACTIVE program!?
Here’s the scoop on your 6-week fitness journey:
o From this page you are able to download the Commit to Be Fit Program Guide. If you have any troubles downloading it, please contact [email protected]. (See files section for download)
o Week One will include the My Fitness Pal Workbook & a Clean Eating Food List which allows you to customize your meal plan for vegetarian/vegan, gluten free, & dairy free options.
o You are encouraged to complete weekly Saturday Selfie check-ins in the main Midlife Menopause Makeover group to ensure accountability.
o You are encouraged to keep a private daily journal to track your action items and progress throughout the program.
o Access to your live Coach (That’s ME 😊) for support, questions, motivation and guidance will take place in the private group chat through messenger.
There are 3-steps that you will need to complete to kick-off the program:
1) If you haven’t already done so, download a nutritional tracking app, like My Fitness Pal. Once you calculate your calories as per the Nutritional Guide, input them into My Fitness Pal to track and log your meals. It is recommended that you plan out your meals at least 1-day prior (up to a week in advance) to ensure you meet your daily caloric requirements. You will receive a My Fitness Pal Guide in your first weekly email.
2) Take your initial set of progress photos. It is best to take your photos the Sunday before you start the program and again at the end of the program. Photos should be front, sides and rear views. Ensure that you are wearing form fitting clothing such as a bathing suit or workout shorts and a sports bra. Take photos on a contrasting background. If you wear black, photos should be taken on a light or white background and vice versa to not blend in with your background. These pictures are your visual record of your progress so make sure they are clear and detailed. This program is all about how you look and feel, not a number on the scale. (Remember you are only weighing yourself to determine your caloric intake not for progress purposes.)

3) Join our Private Group for motivation, support and community. The more you participate, the more you’ll get out of it, so be sure to dive on in, and join the fun!
I look forward to getting to know more about you.
In Health & Happiness,
XO Sheryl
